We were over there late last week and noticed that the lecky switch/plug has been fixed in the apartment - switch is located far left side of the white lecky box as you enter the property. If you haven't been there for a while, you will need to flip the switch on when you enter as when its fitted they will have left it switched off.
Anyway, check your mail/post box as you will find a large white envelope from Iberdrola. It's all in Spanish, which is not good, but what I can gather from it just a contract from them stating your details and their T&C's which needs signing and returning back to them. I have left this with Polaris today so will see what they advise as I don't want to sign and return anything that I can't understand.
Got back to the UK on Tuesday night and also realised this morning that 158.20 Euro was taken out of the account on 3rd Sept.
BTW, Polaris customer service have offically moved back to HQ's in San Javier but the sales team at condado DO still hold all of our keys, so if anyone needs to gain access to your property whilst your not there then its still easy to arrange authorisation with the call center via email or phone call.
