Hi Phil

You know how long I was banging my head against the wall and the outcome was still different to what I'd been lead to believe. lol

Phil/Maria and all on Naranjos, Jill and Terry have posted on their front page that,  electric is being installed "in what appears to be sporadic attacks"  they confirm that all Penthouses are now connected to Iberdrola, as is Naranjos 1 and Naranjos 7. Naranjos 4 has just one block connected that was connected last week.

Don't know what we did to upset them and get connected before garden 2 or the rest of 4?  but another head banging session obviosly.

Don't need to ask why  5 or 6 aren't connected yet.

Just had 158.20 Euro taken from Bank account and am assuming that's Iberdrola connection as it seems the wrong amount for any community fees.

We re on Noranjos Jardin 2 - and had left our key with Polaris to get connected (despite concerns raised following other threads!)

Hi All,

We were over there late last week and noticed that the lecky switch/plug has been fixed in the apartment - switch is located far left side of the white lecky box as you enter the property.  If you haven't been there for a while, you will need to flip the switch on when you enter as when its fitted they will have left it switched off.

Anyway, check your mail/post box as you will find a large white envelope from Iberdrola.  It's all in Spanish, which is not good, but what I can gather from it just a contract from them stating your details and their T&C's which needs signing and returning back to them.  I have left this with Polaris today so will see what they advise as I don't want to sign and return anything that I can't understand.

Got back to the UK on Tuesday night and also realised this morning that 158.20 Euro was taken out of the account on 3rd Sept.

BTW, Polaris customer service have offically moved back to HQ's in San Javier but the sales team at condado DO still hold all of our keys, so if anyone needs to gain access to your property whilst your not there then its still easy to arrange authorisation with the call center via email or phone call.

Hi all

Just got back from Condado after 10 days

We are on Naranjos Jardin 7 and they were fitting the outside meters when we arrived on Monday 31st August.

An engineer then came into the property the following day and fitted a connection switch in the fuse box which I think then means you are formally on your own supply.

We have been debited with the connection fee but have not had any paperwork/contract in our post box
