we have been landed with a number of old bills from the previous occupant for our house on HDA. from water to community fees. I know the solicitor was meant to pick all this up but clearly these were missed and apparently we are liable. I have paid some but know i am getting annoyed. I have spoken to oither owners and they are having simular problems. Any ideas or comments?
