commercial center not being built

my lawyers have also sent bureau faxes requesting information , and these have so far had no responce .

hi all.

just back from another great week at roda.

i noticed however that the racket ball courts were removed last week, and another 6 inches of concrete layed underneath on base , then they were erected again.

this may suggest that they are now being made permanent?

does this forcast that the hotel etc will not be built there now?

the word on the street is that the commercial centre and hotel will now be going where phase 5 was to go at the back entrance

I WOULD BE SURPRISED IF THEY BUILT HOTEL SO FAR AWAY FROM GOLF ETC?

the foundations are still there at front ..... unless .... another phase ???

Don't  know if this is right but when we were over we heard that the entrance to  to stop thisRoda Golf had been put in the wrong place. It's on public land and they cannot stop the public going onto the site. Maybe there is going to be a new entrance where the hotal was going.  Of course this like a lot of other comments are just hearsay.
