Renting a penthouse long-term at Santa Maria Green Hills

To whom it may concern,
 
I am writing to the owners to find out if there would be a penthouse to rent long-term in Santa Maria Green Hills.
 
My husband and I went to see one recently situated in Bloque 9 Portal D and we are very much interested in renting there as we love the area and the urbanisation.  On the way to see the penthouse, we saw that there were a couple of penthouses empty such as the one located in Bloque 8, Portal D and the one in Bloque 9, Portal A.  We would prefer one of these as they are better situated with the sun and light pratically all day long.
 
The penthouse that we saw yesterday Tuesday 29th September was for rent at 800 euros without furniture (this is important to us) so we are looking at the same price if there are owners prepared to rent their penthouse to us.
 
We have been renting the same apartment in Nueva Andalucia for the past 4 years, both my husband and I are working and we never fell to pay the rent.  We can provide you with references if need be.
 
There are so many flats and villas empty right now with the crisis so I hope that my email to you will find someone who is interested in my proposition.

Greenhills is very nice. however after a while driving up and down that road  several times a  day can drive you mad, also remember there aren't any storerooms, should this be important to you.

Thank you for you both who have replied, Chimps I sent you a private message direct.  With regards on doing the journey each day, we dont mind really and a storeroom is not that important to us.  Hopefully I will be able to find something.  Have a good day!

I have been informed that by all accounts the owners never look at the E.O.S or post on this development.

Selena This development is illegal. The reason there are so many empty apartments is because they are all subject to litigation cases.

I know many of the people who thought they were buying a legal property over 5 years ago. There is no LFO.  I have been in contact within the last couple of weeks with some people who have deposits on penthouses.  Be very careful who you are dealing with.
