Every time there is no good  news SARC  firstly go to great lengths to defend SJ and then become very conspicuous by their absence on the EOS forum .

If you were wrong and now feel that  we have all been deceived by SJ ,it is not too late to say so .

SJ were very convincing,  even if you have been misled please contribute to the forum .

     after all this time can you still not see that we are purchasing from HdT not SJ so you comments bear little truth to the reality that is they are two seperate companies and are being treated in law as two seperate companies  hope this clears up your missunderstanding of the situation if you are purchasing from SJ then you are on the wrong community forum sorry to say

I know that in the eyes of the law they are two diferrent companies but surely the personnel are one and the same, or does the lady you deal with only work for hdt. If we all end up with nothing would you go and buy something from San Jose and put it down to bad luck that one of their companies went bust but better luck next time.

In my eyes they are one and the same, and would'nt trust them at all, i have said it before why the lack of communication from hdt re progress, if they were that concerned about our welfare/money why not update us every now and then.

I still think the the majority on this forum want their money back and out of this development, but each to their own and if you still want to be part of Santa Anna then i wish you luck.

Hi Brianmags I think you will find that HdT is part of or a subsidiary company of SJ .I think that you will find that both SJ and HdT are involved with the development of SADM . I think that you will find that the council document that Sue is trying to post on the forum clearly states that  both companies are involved in SADM  .I know  this because I already have copies of the document .

So you see Brianmags it is you not I who after all this time can not see things as they really are .I do despair .

OK, let's try again. Once a fool always a fool, so will try and make it simple.
How was the funding set up?
Are you claiming there was no 'crossing' of assets to raise funding?
Are you saying that the enhanced value of the land when consent was obtained was not re-valued and used as collateral to secure further sites?

Can't make it any more simple so ask your lawyer if you do not understand yourself. Better still, ask a completely independent and unbiased lawyer who may be interested in looking after your interest.

Alternatively, just believe SARC and give us all a laugh.

Jumilla town hall has issued warnings to the builders of Santa Ana del Monte resort as deadlines to construct infrastructure, expropriate land and design plots are due to expire in the coming months.

According to Fina Torres, chief of Jumilla town hall legal department, the board of compensation has not paid the 4.6 million euros for the land which has to be expropriated and they have done nothing since February, 2008.

"The building plan has been definitely approved by the authorities, the land has been turned into building land and the scheme has been temporarily stopped, not cancelled," Sra Torres added.

"Our duty is to state that several parts were due to expire and to find a solution.

"If the board of compensation is unable to manage the expropriations and we do not reach agreement with the board, we will have to find a way to manage it."

The board of compensation is managed mainly by Herrada del Tollo - a sister company of Grupo San José - and they are in voluntary suspension of payments.

Grupo San José sales manager Almudena Rodríguez told CBNews they were fighting to finance the expropriation, but it was difficult due to the voluntary suspension of payments.
