Air-con pre-installation question

Hiya

I was wondering if anyone knew about WHY PW have not pre-installed the air-con in Penthouse blocks 1-5 ? I tried to contact PW many times by phone and e-mail but i get no replies ..... does anyone have the correct contact details for PW ?

Are you sure they have not done the Pre-installation work in these blocks?  I have a mate in Bl 1 who has his AC installed & never mentioned that the pre-work had not been done?

I heard this also that these blocks had not been done, 'penny pinching' was the words

I assume you are aware that they don't put the aircon in?  Pre-install simply means that they put the pipework/feeds in place. 

When I completed in July last year I was stunned that the words 'pre-installed airconditioning' didn't mean they put the units in.  They have since changed the wording to 'airconditioning pre-installation' which makes it read differently - although you would be forgiven for assuming it did mean that the units were put in by PW.  That was €1,600 I hadn't budgeted for gone!!!!  Owch.
