Hi Phil,

Would it not be worth seting up some sort of database with all relevant owners email details, just so we could all be contacted if need be.  A standard maildrop asking for these details to be return to our relevant president shouldn't be that difficult now we all have our mail boxes.  I know this would be a lot of work initially but can see the benefits of this for the future, ie; all owners getting the same information by email, so there should be no speculation or rumours anymore as we all receive exactly the same info from the same person.

Short answer, yes agree, and have already started . RPM can/will not provide the presidents with the contact details of the owners, so I asked them to email all the owners in my garden and give them my contact details, asking them to contact me. so I can set up a dist list. but so far I have only had a couple of replies . 

At the moment each president will have thier own mechinism for contacting owners, I have the garden blog and monthly newsletters ( http://naranjosjardine1.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/newslettersep2009.pdf ), others such as Terry&Jill have thier own websites which Sergio posts on and others have email lists etc etc.

We are all pretty new at this so hopefully as time goes on communications will improve -  small steps.

As Phil States us (Presidents can not be given e-mail addresses) we have to find them ourselves.

So if anyone reading this has not given an e-mail address to their President (use formats supplied by Phil if you have no other means)

i suggest they do so also to RPM if you have not supplied them.

Ask your President to add you to his/her list then you should get info when relevant.

Communications are improving slowly but they also work two ways
