Why are Fin & CL offering no alternative & are trying to control the forum?

Hi All,

We have asked numerous time for Fin and CL to give us a realistic alternative to get out of this mess. We have asked what outcome they want for us all and how we can get there.

 What do we get?  Nothing just abuse and no explanation as to how we can get a positive outcome. They appear to be frantically trying to prevent the settlement agreement being made available to usand posting inappicable posts to cover their lack of a realistic alternative..

Why would they do this and why are they trying so hard to dominate the forum and prevent you from getting any information?

 I WANT A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL DESPITE THE EFFORTS OF THOSE TRYING TO PREVENT IT.

What mess, you claim the developer tells you all is OK?
You were offered advice many, many months ago but chose to ridicule and ignore. (I can confirm that most of  those that acted are now very happy).

And have been told repeatedly.

But you are being advised by your Solicitor, Lawyer, Developer and Developer's Solicitor. Isn't that enough for you, you can't fail. Can you?

So who are the puppeteers pulling SARCS strings or putting their hands where it could hurt?
