Why do the Usual Suspects offer no solution just negativity and abuse?

Hi All,

We are now entering a phase. where despite the rumours and crass remarks made by the usual suspects( CL aka MM aka JA , FIN ) we have an opportunity to have a positive outcome. I have to ask are they in the same postition as the majority of us, without a BG and genuine purchasers who have a lot to loose if SADM does not proceed?

It is becoming apparent that they do not have an alternative exit stratergy for purchasers out of this mess and it would appear are seeking to influence us into what I view as financial suicide by letting HdT fold.

They attack SARC and indoing so are attacking a very significant number of EOS members, who do not post, as they wish to avoid the pointless and ceasless abuse given out by them.

I noitced that Martin  explained the situation with the licences with his post on the 24 Oct, which meant that the proclamation of the demise of SADM & loss of our money was not so. Rather than being pleased  by this we had abuse thrown at Martin by CL and I am perplexed as to why upon finding that all is not lost CL was angy rather than pleased.

I urge purchasers, whether you want your property or money back to reclaim your forum from those who appear to wish you to loose all.

SARC will continue to get information out for you to access & be able to use to make informed decisions .

 I  WANT A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL.

Tony nothing would plese me more if all was not lost and purchasers could get a good out come but what you are proposing is not going to achieve this .It may with any other company but we must all take SJ/HdT's past behaviour as an indication of future behaviour .They are simply not to be trusted .

I have to reply don't be so stupid. Read all the threads and not just what you want to see and believe (is that how you got yourself into the mess to lose your or the banks money), I have repeatedly said I have not lost a cent or penny and will not lose a cent or penny.
Possibly the biggest insult here is that you class me to be a stupid as yourself and risk the sort of money you have, with no guarantees of getting either the goods or your money back, then being so blinkered to trust them all over again.
Correcting myself, that is beyond stupidity, that is insanity.
Why are you so stupid?

We have replies from the usual suspects & please forgive me for the copy & pasting

I can now only assume 2 things: Firstly FIn is not a purchaser or has a BG, Secondly Fin does not want us to have any opportunity of a positive outcome and has absolutely no realisitc exit stratergy for purchasers and wants HdT to fold.

CL claim s to want a po'otive outcome but give no realisitc alternative to a settlement offer drawn up under the supervision and with the agreement of the adminstraotrs( who are court appointed and independent of hdT), who act to ensure the best interests of the creditors ( purchasers). We get an emotive phrase about HdT rather than explaining why we should all throw our money away. So what is the alternative to an adminstrator supervised and agreed settlement offer? Also no explanation as to why the anger at finding out that SADM could still go ahead I think we only need to look at what happened to MG, Woolworths etc and what did the creditors get back...........very little

So what solution do they offer and why the negativity and abuse?

They appear to be very upset that we are going to be offered a settlement agreement to consider and vote on. I want you all to be able to know what is in the offer when it is made and be able to vote and protect your money!

Sorry sensible people but this idiot obviously cannot read or understand what is written.
I have not lost a cent or penny and I will not lose a cent or penny.
I do not want anyone most to lose any money as has been stated over and over again.
Can you trust a person who does not realise what he reads?
Before long the SADM village idiot will be telling us that the developers have financial difficulties. The news is bound to get to him one day.

It would also be nice if they at least tried not to live up to the title of the thread and stopped the crass abuse and negativity.

Hi All,

 It is now evident that Fin has no alternative to offer and just wishes to throw insults about and try to hog the forum. Why would someone want to do that? Why would this person not want us to be able to use the forum to exchange information and for you to have access to information?

The simple reason is because there is no realistic alternative to a settlement agreement being accepted other than HdT folding and that would not help us purchasers.  Over the last 2 days no realisitc alternative to a settlement agreement has been put forward but the abuse and carpet bombing of posts has gone on & on & on.

Take your forum back !

Which no doubt the directors of the company will be underwriting with PERSONAL guarantees?
Which no doubt the directors of the company will be underwriting with Performance Bonds?
Which no doubt the directors of the company will be underwriting with personal assets being frozen?

I don't doubt that as it is such a straightforward procedure to re-finance and continue with the development, the directors will have no objections to the above being included in ALL contracts for purchasers, together with valid and approved Bank Guarantees and properties revalued to determine the sale price at today's market value and not at pek.
