Hi All,
I'm hoping to get handover of my apartment next year. I'm in block 285 in the penthouses (Phase 2, old phase 5??). One of the early jobs I want to get sorted is installation of Air Conditioning. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks
Dave.

Hi Dave..
Ive got a mitsubishi..
You may be lucky as you may have pre installed pipework inside the walls..
As to the unit..buy a mitsubishi model..SRK 25ZG...2.5KW cooling and 3.5kw heating..
Its an inverter air con unit...which is very cheap to run...as it uses R410a refigerant.
Should cost around 600 to 700 euros to buy the unit .

Hi Fireblade,
I'm considering installing air cons this month. Got your tip about the Mitsubishi model and pricing. How much can I expect to be charged for inatallation? Jardines, upper floor.
Thanks in advance.

Andy..
Expect to pay 250 to 300 euros for fitting...
If you have pre installed pipework then around 250 euros.
Different engineers have different ways /standards of work..so i guess the price is sometimes reflected on their experience.
Hope ths helps.

Yes deinitely go for the Inverter option.
All AirCon should now use R410a. Don't buy one that doesn't.
I used chillout, they came along & fitted mine for me last year on Phase I

Best wishes
