key holding only 95 euros per year jardines 1-6

I will be offering a key holding only service to residents of jardines 1-6 who dont require the full cleaning service

I will do twice monthly property checks plus after any storms

I will check the water and electric is working and have it switched on the day you arrive

When i arrived in condado last week my water meter had been taken away.We then had a holiday monday and tuesday . Urbaser water had tried to take 2  bills from  the wrong branch of my bank even though the previous bill and subsequent bill had been taken from the correct branch.They are idiots and polaris are not being helpful.So this is one of the things i will be able to help stop and save you a visit to urbaser in alhama because thats where you need to go to get reconnected.And its happened to lots of people apparantly.

I will also check for storm damage and dry the property out if it gets wet.

I can also look out for infestations.

Jardines 1 has poor polaris internet connection and its expensive. I now have a supply of orange dongles as there is now no WIFI on condado so you need to go to the irish bar in camposol otherwise.

I am fsa regulated in the uk and live on jardines 1 full time now.I am legalised through my tie in with villaswecare.

I had a similar thing happen with my electricity - fortunately I was there when they came to remove the meter.  Although it did take me 12 days, 5 faxes, 20 phone calls and several bottles of 'calming' glasses of wine to rectify it!!  It was my bank which screwed up though - they decided to 'query' Iberdrolas bill - eh?? and refused to pay it.  Mental......

If anyone has the electric cut off i can get you reconnected for a fee of 45 euros.it will be the best 45 euris you will have ever spent i can assure you.
