snow!

Had plenty of rain yesterday which wasn't forecast but what a shock this morning to open the shutters and see a white golf course!

We are not going to let you get away with a white xmas without us joining in!

Just realised I was on Debs log on.....better put that right....you know who wrote it now....if there was any doubts!!

It snowed five years ago. Will always remember as it was our first winter. Here we were sitting in a new house with no electricity or heating except for a gas heater. We  laugh about it now but had my doubts at the time.

The Sierra Espunas were thick in snow and many Spanish and English drove up there to take a look.

So only 5 years ago. Don't know where i got the 40 years from Jean, apart fom maybe it was the coldest winter (average tempreature) somebody must of told me in the Clover over a pint. That's my excuse!!!
