have to travel around a bit but you do get used to travelling to find
what you want here.

you have to tell them whether you want fish or meat and they do the
rest.

El Bistro in Sax. Owned by a Belgian named Eddy who had a
Michelin star restaurant in back home. Unfortunately intends to
move to Muchemiel near SanVincente Alicante soon. 0034670688090.
Reservations 24 hours in advance. Again no menu they do it all but
state if you dont like fish or are vegetarian.
and last but not least my favourite
Meson de Pincelin which is in Almansa and has a michelin star.
All will roughly be around 50 Euros a head mas or minus with the
exception of El Bistro which is great value at around 25 Euros a
head. and Pincelin which canbe anybody's guess. Havent been
for a while to this one but Almansa should be on your places to visit
in the future list.
