Golf Course

Hi,

Does anyone know if the golf course has been started yet ? 

Reading the messages about the licences for the first batch of properties only having just been granted even though the properties were being sold and deposits taken for the last 12 months or more, what happens to the development if the licences are not granted for the hotel, shops, restaurants and the remaining properties ?

Is there a water supply problem ?

The golf course is landscaped up to the 14th hole. A company as big as SJ wouldn't start if they thought they could not complete the project and apparently it is usual to get only partial grants of licences all about making a bob or two you know the longer more drawn out the more money is generated.

It was the political parties involved who stopped the licences being granted as they were worried about the agricultural area changing

Some of us have been waiting 2yrs for things to happen but that is all about buying off plan. Make sure you have a bank guaantee to ensure your money is safe is the best advice
