Just got word there from my San Jose contact that the license for 2000 houses, roads, clubhouse etc has been granted! (The licence for the golf course has already been granted) Building should commence in January 2007. The information was given to him by somebody on the council so should be 100% correct, gives us something to look forward to in response to all the bad news recently!

No probs., believe the developer, or maybe the agents. They wouldn.t give false information would they?

The Council are the ones that can confirm.

OK, but you have more chance of finding out the facts from the Council, regarding planning matters and building licences, than from the builders or the agents, who would have a biased opinion due to their interests.

It would not be in their interest to say something like, there are terrible problems and we will not get consent, even if it were true. They want your signature and money.
