There are numerous articles about the state of the Spanish property market, both online and in the press.

Do not be persuaded that prices have not fallen that much, be sensible in asking price.

Regrettably, though Roda undoubtedly has some very good points and reasons to stay, everything depends on each persons own individual needs and requirements and all resorts will suffer similar fates for the foreseeable future.

Like always with property, location is everything and many would argue Roda is a great location and may be better placed than others inland to ride out this worrying storm.

The PIGS economies ( Portugal, Ireland, Greece and Spain ) really are the current strugglers within the eurozone and investment property will not be at the top of everyones shopping list for some time.

Maybe you should sit back, open another Rioja, chill and enjoy what Roda and the Mar Menor have to offer.

Thanks Hughman, we know about the general situation but we would like to know by first hand if it's possible, someone who is selling or know about somebody who has sold recently.
