El Oasis. Current situation

What is the latest on this development re purchasers who want to get there deposit back?

I would say forget it, if contracts have been signed I doubt that you will ge your deposit back! Have heard that there is a possibility to flip the deposit over to another property in The Resort!

I still cannot get anyone to discuss the current  situation, has anyone moved in? who is there to make contact with? what is the outcome from the ATM

I don't think that anyone has moved into the Oasis yet, although someone is due to move in within the next couple of weeks.  We were due to complete on the Oasis development but didn't like the final development so we transferred our deposit to an alternative property on Phase 2. We were informed that we would not be able to get our deposit back but it was possible to transfer it.
