Is this still a regular event?

The events diary on the Polaris World website does not seem to include details of scheduled events at Condado anymore (either that or there aren't any events scheduled).

Bands advertised every week. 1st week singer came on at midnight. Last 2 weeks no band turned up. Asked girl in bar and was told they were coming from Marbella and didn't come cos it was too far!

Told her I wasn't happy with the service given to people on Condado especially that no mention of the cancellations were posted anywhere. Told her to pass it on to her manager but these invisible people just don't care.

Maybe the spanish on site won't put up with it  and get something done .

After golf on Friday 16 of us sat outside in the sun with no cushions on the settees. It is summer now with temps at teatime of 80 degrees but they cant be bothered to put the cushions out. No sign of anyone in authority just bar girls who really aren't bothered and ignore customers while they talk to their friends!

Hurry up and build the clubhouse and we can leave the to do whatever they want. Ooops sorry they already do!

I guess it's just a case of keeping fingers crossed that scheduled bands turn up (although I can't understand why they book bands that are more than a few hours drive away).

The level of service provided by anyone associated with Polaris gives me no surprises these days.  It's been a constant battle to get where we are now.  The more I experience and hear about their shortcomings the more I want Polaris to disappear by the end of the month.

The phrase 'p*ss up in a brewery' springs to mind doesn't it.

i have to agree about PWs service really no good. Was over a few weeks ago and they had singer advertised for the Sat night. The signs only appeared in the supermarket a  few days beforehand. No start time on poster and when i asked girl behind bar she had no idea either. she did finally turn up about half 11 but by then a good crowd of people had left. Seems the total management of the resort is a shambles and as Barry says no-one seems to give a damn. Its no surprise people go to Camposol or else where for a night out when you have the chaotic  mess which is PW.

Well working there Myself i realised how bad The managment of the place was, They seem to have no clue what the english People want its all for the spanish, Any spanish Please dotn take offence, but that was what it semmed when speaking with old manager Alfredo.

Not one of the bar staff Have Customer Service Skills or Speak Good English bar Cristina Who is Very Polite. Maybe You should Get a hold of Polaris Restaraunt and Hotel Group and tell them what you really think.

Get me back in there and ill sort theplace out :D
