Don't want to sound mean but glad some of you are in the same boat. We are in Penthouse Block 1 so maybe they are working backwards down the blocks.
I know Golfinjim in is our block (although we have never met) and I know he has written on the forum "why we bought on Condado" .
I will PM him and see if his fees have been taken.

Hi All
They took our fees out on the 29th March for Block 12 in the Penthouses. Am I right in thinking this is every 3 months? They also took out fees for our Jardin 5 apartment on the same day!
To quickly change the subject - does anybody know when we will be paying for the water in the Penthouses?

A light went on over my head in the last half hour why don't I look up my bank account. Guess what fellow Condadonians three months community fees have been taken out today. feel a bit stupid now.

Just checked my caja murcia account and hallelujah they have taken the 1st quarter for 2010. I've never had so much trouble parting with me pie&mash!!

Our fees were also taken yesterday at long last. Feel the same as you Jay, never had so much trouble trying to get someone to take my money.
Asked when the next set of fees would be due, and was told 1st week in July, so on current form, I'll check my bank account sometime in September

Hi all,
Direct debit taken today from my spanish a/c saying "DIRECT DEBIT C. A. P. BLOQUE X, RECIBO: 000023 DE" Is this the community fees? I am in Block 9 but it doesnt say which block it is for or which monthly fees it is for...confused!!

Surely someone has to get a handle on this situation. I would imagine that the correct manner in which to deal with this situation would be to cancel the Direct Debit mandates made out in favour of RPM and raise new Direct Debit mandates in favour of Mileniun. What guarantee do we have that both parties are not helping themselves to our accounts? What is the situation should RPM take Community Fees after they have been bombed out? What recourse would we have? None I would suggest. I wouldn't imagine that any sane person would pay an additional Community Fee to Mileniun. I have just returned from Condado, I called in to Anna at Mileniun to check if my fees for 1st quarter of 2010 had been taken as my bank balance seemed to be healthier than I expected. I was advised that Mileniun did not have my bank details, I duly supplied them. The question I must ask is what authority do Mileniun have to gain access to my account when I have made no written instruction awarding such access? How is it possible for RPM to simply transfer authority to Mileniun allowing them to remove money from my account? Whilst in Condado my friend attended Anna's office with me, he was also advised that Mileniun had no record of his bank details and his Community Fees had not been collected. On his arrival home he has received his bank statement which has been deducted what can only be (hopefully) his Community fees, but there is no reference. What is going on? What are the top level presidents doing? Our higher level Community Representatives must stand up and be counted and advise the community of the current situation. We are quick enough to have a dig at Polaris for disinformation, misinformation and poor communication skills. Surely someone who is in a position they sought can find out the exact situation and advise the Community in general, rather than have us all try to find out individually. Please advise.

I may be wrong but my understanding is that the DD mandate is to a community account rather than the management companies account. Thefore the same mandate can be used as it is still being transferred to the same account....just by a new management company.

The direct debits are for the community bank accounts not RPM or Mileniums. When you completed on your property you signed a mandate to allow the community to take you community fee payments, the Administrators just facilitate this.
When all the accounts were transfered from RPM to Mileniun a number were either lost of incorrect, so Mileniun having been trying to catch up.
All this information is on the community website and has been notified direct to the owners, assuming we have your contact details?
