Leaking storerooms

Hi All

Has anyone had water leaking into their storeroom and made an insurance claim? We had water coming through the ceiling last winter and it is still not resolved.

Our storeroom is very damp - we're right next to the ramp and that wall is soaking.

I am currently trying via Housing to do something as I am told there are lots of people with damp storerooms.

Perhaps we all need to get together and go afte Calidona?

We were told by houseing that we could make a claim; photos were taken, an assessor came round and it all looked like things were moving, now it has ground to a halt, but will let you know if we get anywhere with it or if I hear from anyone else.
