As we all know we are in the process of purchasers deciding if they will or will not accept the proposal that has been put forward by HdT. Quite rightly a lot of us are annoyed and quite angry about the situation that we have found ourselves in and some would like to be able to punish HdT. However, it is only our money, the purchasers money that will be lost if HdT folds and the likely hood of us seeing any of our money again is slim.
I have been to the HdT meetings and met purchasers who were there signing up, not to help HdT but to desperatly try to save their money. These are reall people, not just a login id on an internet forum .They may have second mortgages to pay for the money that they put down or have put their life savings into their purchase and most are at an age in their life where they will not be able to financially recover from a total loss.
There was no discord between the purcashers at the meetings, even thouhgh there was a mixture of property wanting and money back purchasers. They all stood together and did what they could to save their money and did it for themselves and not HdT.
There are a few more days left in which we purchasers can sign up to the agreement and if there is not enough votes to save the money of these people, it will not be their fault. They have done all they can and it needs all of us to do the same. If we do not accept the offer and we lose our money who will we blame? There will be only ourselves.
Please think carefully and if you really do not want to lose your money accepting the offer is the only option
And please remember I too am a purchaser without a BG doing all I can to try to save us from loosing it all
