CHILLOUT - AIR CONDITIONING

I have been trying to contact Chillout but have been unable to get a response from them.  Does anyone know if they are still trading?

I too have also tried getting in touch with Chillout - they are awful and would be wasting your time sorting anything out with them,.  I gave up after 9 months with constant emails and phone calls but got nothing to fix the  noise from  the air con's in the master room.  So now I am having  to now settle for a Mr Handy Andy to sorting it out for me sometime this week.

The company is run by Aaron and Bradley... Aaron Left so Bradley is running the business and hasn't a clue about anything... Spoke to him about a month ago asking him to have my air con fixed to which he said he would arrange something and call me back... but never did - the git!

They are based in Costa Blanca and will no way come all that way to fix anything - Bradley has said this alreadyl

I originally dealt with Aaron & he was great - he even came out twice in January & April.  Not been able to get a response since but the last post explains the reasons why!!

Have got my keyholder to arrange for a local Spanish company to sort my air con.

Will let you know how I get on & will pass on contact details if anyone else is interested.
