Interesting comments at Newcastle.

Hi All,

I have attended the Newcastle meeting ( lovely country side on the journey, well worth a visit)  & I found some interesting comments made by a very polite group of people.

A senior military officer stated that if SADM goes ahead he knows of  people who would wish to purchase contracts from purchasers. This was a  serious remark and he was asked about this be those who were there.

People were not very happy with there solicitors and the lack of information etc  coming from them and were mentioning this.

Some Lucas clients attended and after asking some questions they wished to change their vote to yes & were going home to discuss this with their partners.

What a load of Tosh and drivel Tony . I was also there and your interpretation and mine are quite different !!!!! The senior military officer was merely speculating nothing more.Just goes to show the spin you can put on a flippant comment that has no substance at all  !!

It is now clear to me that you do have the very best of intentions but you are way off the mark here. You are being led a merry dance by the crooks , not sure when all is said and done how you will ever get over this.You are being deceived by the  masters of deceit .Good luck Tony I fear you will need all the luck in the world .JA

 You may not like it but yes, the gentleman was genuine and all who were there know that. Yes he was a senior military officer and he stated and discussed that he has people who are very interested in purchasing contracts from purchasers and it was not a flipant but very serious remark. I was quite surprised by it & there was discussion with him by those present.

After this 2 purchasers who were going to vote no, not only voted yes, decided they wanted their property and that they too might buy a contract from another purchaser. ( I will put more about this in the report)

I did also find it interesting that the Lucas clients were not too happy and wanted to change their vote to yes.

I will write a report up tomorrow about all 3 meetings and get it out to the SARC members and onto the SARC website ASAP.

Tony I heard this whole discussion with my own ears !!!!! Your ears are obviously far more used to bu** sh** than mine  will ever be . Oooohhhh     I do despair !!!!!!!!!!  

It would appear that you only hear what you want to ,Which would seem to indicate that anything you have to say must be taken with a very large pinch of salt . Hi Glendale,

If the vote give SADM the go ahead I will be contacting the officer & have a chat with him about his comments regarding buying peoples contracts.  SARC will look into how we can faciltate purchasers and investors/buyers communicating with one and other.  We hope that this would mean people getting all of their money back and more quickly
