Car hire for Under 25s

Hi all

My 22 year old son & 3 friends would like to come out to CdA in September but the thing thats putting them off is the price of car hire. For Under 25s there is a daily surcharge of any where between 16 & 25 euros per day. Thats up to 175 euros/week on top of the car hire cost. Does anyone know of any company that offers a better deal than this? Any info would be much appreciated.

Don and kerry, they are being well overcharged

last year i was 23 and i went with carjet search them on google you need to be driving at least on year and over 21 i got charged 2 per day which worked out at 14 euros for the week and that was last june the whole price for a toyata yaris (new version) was 200 with all charges (petrol all inclusive insurance and young drivers insurance try and get a quote off them.

P.s they go through goldcar rentals.
