(come for the day!!)... I dont want to sound like a kill joy, but last weekend (sat) the smaller pool next to the life guard pool was taken over by lots of people , just here for the day, they all arrived in cars , we counted almost 40 heads and they stayed all day, untill 8.00pm, I presume they were all visiting one family who live here as they all left the pool and trailed into a house in block 1. For what looked like a BBQ, the kids gained access onto the golf course and played on there,One of the car owners decided he wanted to have a disco in his car but forgot to close the doors so we had 15mins of defening music!! The volume of people was pretty crazy , we all like to invite a few family and friends over for the odd day but this was really taking the P**s!!.. what I cant believe is that the security allowed that number of cars in, they all parked on the hill with the yellow lines.. We didnt have any problems, but did feel a little bit intimidated just by the noise they were making, ( it looked like they had a good day!) and some of them were smoking in the pool, our guess is that they were over for a pre footie party, It was ok as a one off , but would not be happy to have the same thing happen every weekend. We have always thought the security guards do a great job, we have been stopped on a few occasions when we are coming in if we havent managed to get the gate open with our remote, which is great as its nice to know they are doing their job, Is there a rule as to how many people you can invite to the pools?.. as in many other developments??
End of rant!!!...
