John, My partner and I concluded that the port area needed a good clean up, repair and paint job when last there.
Broken walls, broken man hole covers, chewing gum stuck on the floor in many places, dirty paint work.....
You'd think that the traders there would know that too. But I guess as long as customers keep arriving they will be content not to spend the money.
If I have visitors I take them to Sotogrande or down by the Castile which has had a good revamp.
Maybe a few letters to the local papers might help to get things moving.
