Legal or not?

Went to site today, no building has yet commenced, they are still putting in the roads etc but you can definatley see the improvements since last month, the main improvements are the roads that have been asphalted. CDP say completion of the 1st phases is still on target for March 08 but I doubt it some how. Plenty of workers on site, it seems as though it is full steam ahead. I haven't bothered to take any photo's as they don't really show what is going on, will keep you posted.

How many times have we heard that statement! I was told infrastructure would DEFINATELY be finished at the end of Janauary! Hardly surprising that people are wanting to pull out.

Latest news from Peinsa: Dont know how much of this is old news, but I didnt know they were going to do all 6 phases at once. Of course we will wait and see about the start date, we have been there before! I have also just received a copy of my bank guarantee from peinsa, they have specifically run the cover to March 2008 to coincide when they think mine will be finished (Plot 18 phase 5), so they do seem to be more confident with their dates this time.

Building work commencing Mon 5^th March – Infrastructure target almost met. Town Hall have been very difficult, constantly changing the goal posts but Peinsa are expecting Licenses to be in place by then.

First 6 phases will now be built together. They expect these to take 12 months with 2 construction firms working flat out.

So completion will be March 2008.

Work has also begun on the golf course next door. This is a real step forward.

we visited site on july 2 lots going on we were told that site is working in august  we have bought on phase 1V
