general strike in spain

Today sept 29th there is a general strike in spain. Dont think it will affect condado, supermarket, bar will be open but what about essential services like airports?

People due to arrive or leave might have problems. Might be an idea to contact airport or carrier.

Flights cancelled and availability for next flights into next week. Probably all public services and official offices closed .

This doesn´t apprear to be heavily supported. Banks open, Consum open and I´m here too (no day off for me). I think in the cities it may be a different story though.

Schools in Mazarrón don't seem to be supporting it as our childrens school is open, although I think the British are supporting it as a normally packed school but only had 11 children on it today.
