Hi All, The Paramount Theme Park developers are talking about this being the 'largest theme park in Spain' so it is likely to have an impact right across the region of Murcia, Corvera Golf & Country Club would be one of the closest resort communities to the proposed location near Alhama de Murcia and it is also likely that a new road would be built to link the Paramount Theme Park to the new Corvera Airport, which would make us literally just a few minutes drive away.  What with the new Murcia International Airport at Corvera, the new Airport High Speed Rail Link with Madrid, the new Paramount Theme Park on our doorstep, we are on a roll, clubhouse next ?

I would guess that all of these future possibilities, would have formed at least part of the negotiations between Corvera and the banks, for the additional monies needed to finish the clubhouse. If the banks have lent the extra as rumoured then it will be with educated forsight of what is probably going to become of the immediate region of murcia.
