Have just joined the gym.  Membership is €45 per month (or €35 if you're over 65.  There are going to be several classes available, some of which are free for members but not sure what they are yet.  There is apparently also a daily rate for visitors of €15 or €10 if accompanied by a member.  Don't know about the cost for individual classes independent of membership.  I have to say they have some very good state of the art equipment.  Oh, there is also a joining fee of €99 which was waived for the first week of opening but might now be chargeable.  Might be worth trying to negotiate....

 The classes that they are offering are Body Attack (high impact aerobics), Body Pump (work out with weight bars), Body Combat (aerobic combat moves to music), Urban Rebounding (an aerobics class on mini trampolines) and quite a few others.  These are all classes that are available at most good British gyms.

Apparently there is also a weekly rate of €30 but best to contact them as above for more accurate information.

 Thank you all for your information. I'm over in Roda at the end of august, so looking forward to trying some classes out. I know its a slow process, but as these facilites are added, we get a better resort, even in a major recession.

Hi for all those interested I called into the Gym last week it is looking pretty good but quite so I am sure ranbir would welcome you all to a visit I wish him well in his new business I have loaded a video of the gym follow the link roda golf gymnasium there are also some photo's so you can see what the gym looks like.

We visited Roda gym in august.My 23 year old son is a gym fanatic and trains,( mainly body building). he is well up to date on everything GYM!! he was well impressed by the equipment in this gym said it was state of the art. We all joined as a family and found it cheaper than going to the fairly average gym in town. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, I would recommend it to anyone.
