Water cut off in apartment

Hi,

We were notified by keyhoder of no water in apartment, turns out Urbaser cut us of due to non paymeny of 2 bills via direct debit. However, I checked with CAM who can't understand it as they had not refused any bills from Urbaser. At end of April, even though we were trying to find out what the situation was, Urbaser then took €17.30 from our account. We had money in our a/c previously to fund other bills which were less than €20 but instead they cut us off without contacting us, then take €17.30 from a/c when we are cut off and now looking for €50 reconnection fee...........anyone have something similar happen to them, did anyone manage to speak to anyone in Urbaser who can speak english and help?

Don't want to pay €50 for something that shouldn't have happened in the first place, this has never happened before but who's to say it couldn't happen again.

Maybe you should contact Mileniun-Levante. they seem to help people with simular situation.

While I was in the office, they were on the phone to the water people sorting out someone's water meter problem, rather lack of a meter.  They managed to sort there and then.

If you are not out in the near future maybe email them.

Hi,

We had been notified by our keyholder recently we had no water but had money in our account & payments made to Urbaser. Struggled to find anyone at Urbaser who spoke English but did email them & got a response from this person:

"Mesa Suarez, Federico"

Turned out Mileniun helped us in the end using a key (although cannot see a water meter anywhere in our apartment) so was rectified quite quickly in the end.
