We were notified by keyhoder of no water in apartment, turns out Urbaser cut us of due to non paymeny of 2 bills via direct debit. However, I checked with CAM who can't understand it as they had not refused any bills from Urbaser. At end of April, even though we were trying to find out what the situation was, Urbaser then took €17.30 from our account. We had money in our a/c previously to fund other bills which were less than €20 but instead they cut us off without contacting us, then take €17.30 from a/c when we are cut off and now looking for €50 reconnection fee...........anyone have something similar happen to them, did anyone manage to speak to anyone in Urbaser who can speak english and help?
Don't want to pay €50 for something that shouldn't have happened in the first place, this has never happened before but who's to say it couldn't happen again.
