Just completing

Hi, we are just about to complete on an apartmentnin garden 5 on condado - approx 6 july. We have 2 weeks holiday booked w/c 25th July and we are hoping to come out to finalise things but need to either find out best/quickest way to get some White goods installed and minimal furniture so we can stay at the apartment and hopefully sort further things out whilst we are there. Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

http://www.sf-supplies.com/index.htm We used this shop we bought all our furniture and white goods from them and they set the apartment out for us. They are and English couple can highly recommend them.

cartagena on their retail park along side Leroy Merlin is Media mart or Murcia on the opposite side to Ikea Nueve Condamina if thats how its spelt large shopping area Media mart. at Cartagena sofa shops and white goods from Media mart.

We did this in Feb this year on the Penthouse sofa and white goods at cartagena delivered same week just got to do your shopping the first day your there.

We have used CDA Services who advertise on this forum.

We have had various items over our time at Condado and Andy who runs it is always very good.

His prices are always very good too.

We are also new to condado jardin 5 (apartment 491) as we completed in march. We were advised by our estate agent to use electro regalos in Roldan for all electricals and white goods. They have a large range of everything electrical and will also install your lights if you need them.

We used dfs for our sofa

As for the rest i believe we took the hard route by hiring a van over a weekend and doing multiple trips to Ikea!

A keyholder we have found is also a must - we have been able to arange for all the white goods, lighting, sofa delivery, water connection etc etc etc by using Joanne & Rob  - Fairways Property Services
Were over on 29th July - I sadly will be going home after a week but my wife will be there for 6 weeks with the kids.

If you think about doing trips to Ikea, think about using Steve (Endpeg). If you sort out what you want and give him the list he will collect it for you at probaly a cheaper price than hiring a van.

Welcome to a little bit of peaceful heaven, we completed 2007 and I did most of my buying online at DFS and if Richard did'nt have it he knew somewhere that did.  I also spent the time while building was getting finished gathering little bits and pieces on sale over in the UK and then sent it over by carrier and collected it ourselves in  their Ancantillaria office.

Just spent a lovely 6 day break and came home last night to rain,rain,rain.

Enjoy your apartment, make time to be there its great!

 welcome to Condado we love it and cannot get out enough we have had ours in naranhos 8 for two years, rob of fairways is a good key holder and keeps us informed on what is happening also replies to emails usaluy the same day.
