The rental market

Hi can anyone give me advice on the rental market at Condado and the best way to start renting my property out.

you will get a few trying to tempt you to pay to advertise on their web sites but have a yearly budget and stick to it if you can.

there will be plenty of experts on the forum - buyer beware

I'm not too sure about the free sites, tried a few and haven't really had a sniff of a rental.

I advertise on polarisrentals.com. It's £5 a month subscription by paypal, which is cheap compared to the bigger sites, and I've had plenty of enquiries/rentals.
I get about 90% of enquiries for June-August (I could have had rentals all summer for the last couple of years if I wasn't using it myself). Don't get may enquiries at all during golf season which probably has something to do with the lack of facilities at the moment.
I suppose the best advice is don't price yourself out of the market, check what other peoperties are going for and don't rely on the income from rentals as it's a bit hit and miss.
