You must know that you have to take the bank to court in the first instance, or end up what I think will a worthless new contract with HDT. Speak to Guadalupe again and get involved, as I understand it the more that go after the banks the better as it can be ignored less further up the spanish chain. I wouldn't jusy sit on the fence.
