key holder and holiday let cleaning required

Our current key holder is moving back to the UK this winter, and we are looking for a reliable keyholder who can cope with holiday let moving out cleans (sometimes same day change overs).

We are in Jardines 5.

  If you are commercial letting out property make sure you are using a legal company who have insurance  etc  also if you use an illegal business you could be done for illegally employing someone .  Remember Bob Hayes   just search Hayes Carpentry above or click below . Got fined for asking someone to help carry some amps into a pub - crazy but true .

It is illegal to employ someone and not  pay tax and insurance and if they are not legal then you are the employer.
