Current state of resale market

 Hi,

We were wondering how the Roda resale market is fairing today. Does anyone know of someone that has recently sold their Roda property, are there any buyers for Roda out there?

Hi,

I will be a prospective buyer next year. I have stayed at Roda for the last 4 years during Summer holidays. There are issues with Roda such as the hotel etc but I think give it 10 years and everything planned wil have happened.

Personally we know exactly what we would like to buy and will wait to get it if needs be. I do think that there is a huge difference between asking prices for the same type of property, obviously the sellers have different circumstances.

One of the problems is finding out what is for sale and how to get info, I am only aware of 2 British websites with Roda properties.

Please PM me if you are aware of any of the lesser known sites. In a nutshell I do think that there are buyers out there but they can afford to be picky.
