Al Kazaar

Just joined and wondering if anyone knows if there is any new units opening or due to open in Al Kazaar. Remember viewing the forum a while ago and a lot of talk about IRM taking over and filling the units.

I was over on CDA at the weekend. Outside the rear entrance to the Clover, there was 20+ pallets of partitioning bricks, sand and cement. Speaking with a couple of people, there are strong rumours of an Ice cream parlour/Coffee Shop opening up. I also noticed that the unit between the old sales office and the golf office has been partioned off, though Im not quite sure if this was a long standing situation.

 As far as I know the icecream shop is going ahead beside our sales office and there will be a spanish restaurant/tapas place opposite. There are more people interested but it seems that the actual economic climate is not encouraging them to go ahead.
