Me again
Just been looking at phase 2 i wonder if there pool is going to be passed over to council?
they are selling terraced houses aswell on that side.
looks to me like they have improved that side ie extra pools etc compared to ours just hope that doesnt have the edge over phase 1.
or am i being paranoid???

Phase two certainly looks good, but in what way are they trying to get more cash from us as stated by alex875(iain) ????
may only get more from me ,because i want a detatched villa with its own pool,on the top left of the plan, he he.
but recon they will be well costly.

Hi
What i ment was some people will be moving on san cayetano and maybe they are planing doing a bit of key holding or offering other services you know to pay the mortgage and live in the sun.
But taray are not happy with the millions they have got from the site and now want to own the services offered.
i also feel that phase two looks far more superior than one i hope the prices are alot higher cos if there the same i feel that if i was a buyer lets say in a couple of years i would choose phase 2.
so fingers crossed phase 2 has had price increase
Thanks
Iain

feel pretty confident that the prices will be higher,as was the case on phase 1 every phase getting dearer, dont worry Hacienda san Cayetano phase 1 still a lovely place, far better than any other develpoment I have seen in the area.im sure most people on here will agree with me.just watching a programme on channel 4 about disasters bought abroad, watching that I think we all .have no worries

We agree with you Steve & Anita, phase 1 is starting to look really good now with all the planting etc in the walkways & am sure that Phase 2 will complement Phase 1.
Does anyone know if there are still properties for sale on Phase 1 ? & is there a release date for phase 2? Would imagine that as they are talking about late 2008 for completion of our phase that it will likely be 2009 for initial completions on Phase 2. Perhaps Alan & Sheila can do some investigation for us on their next visit to the site??!!!
Perhaps we should look at opening another bar or restaurant in the village as it sounds like there will be plenty of visitors!!!!!! Then we could perhaps afford a detached villa with a pool, what do you think???

Hi Alex,
You said in your post that Taray now want to own the services. I know that quite a few people were hoping to start up property management services and the like. Have you heard something regarding Taray not allowing this ? Surely it is up to each individual purchaser to sort out their own arrangements and have the freedom to choose from those on offer. Have you heard if Taray are now intending to offer their own service? To be honest, I don't really see how this would work long term . Some of the developments locally have year round maintenance crews but Taray will ultimately move off site when all the building works ( phase 1 & 2 ) are completed. The whole point of having somebody " manage" your property is knowing that they are on site looking after your interests and advising you should any problems arise. This gives those of us not lucky enough to live in the sun full time peace of mind. I think it would be very unfair for Taray to try and monopolize this type of service if in fact this is the case.
Look forward to hearing from you
Regards
Elaine & Ken
