You have put a smile on my face tonight... I also think buying my little house in the sun is one of the best decisions we have made - and am looking forward to a Pimms or two  in the sunshine ( once the land registry sorts itself out )

I know we have done the right thing as well but sometimes doesnt stop me worrying especially as we have already sold our house to buy the one in Spain. I was staring out the window yesterday dreaming of walking the kids to school in my flip flops and sunglasses.
