Easy, Spanish Tax forms spot on and very quick. Then take the completed forms down to CAM bank and pay in cash and they will do the rest. If you are not already registered with the tax office then you may need to visit the tax office in Murcia which is not so easy, but I am told you can do this on line nowadays.
I would send Spanish Tax forms an enquiry email stating your position on registration and see what they say. JF
