what time and where is the AGM for Jardins

It just so happens that we will be over when the AGM for the Jardins is due to take place, but where is the meeting being held and what time does it take place and how long is it due to go on for. 

any info would be appreciated.

Think its held in Condado club function room on Saturday morning 1st Dec from 9.30am till 1pm ish I think.

You should get your information tomorrow from ML which gives you till next Friday 30th Nov to get them back to your President or ML..

 Info received today by e.mail. The 'call' says it's the 24th Nov, but the proxy says its the 1st Dec.

I have just recieved my proxy vote today not good enough to say the meeting is on 1st Dec does not give you much time to sort anything out .

I see this year they have put on the voting form Renewal of the Administrator Yes or NO

I will have to think about that one !!!!!!!!
