Hi davmunster,
I have added a new photo of the side of block 6 and front / side of block 7.
This was taken at 6.20pm. Your balcony would be in the shade.
There is a photo of block 5 taken at the same time, the one with the lawn mowed.
The photo you referred to was taken at 10.00am.
Hope this helps.
By the way, Perla is also buying an apartment in Block 6 (probably already mentioned by someone else).

Hi sawalanza,
Thanks - Although the blocks are set at different angles we will have sun in the morning and shade in the evening which is ideal. Incidentally I came across a series of 58 aerial photos on www.arrohabitatge.com (the link is just below the enter button on the first page). they are a year old but are interesting because there are quite a few which show the layout above and around our site.

Hi Eoin,
yes we did get into out apartment and it looks brilliant. It needs a clean but really meets our expectations.
I have posted a new photo of the entrance and you can see the brass name plaque.
They were delivering the white goods when we were there, so completion must be imminent. There was also a large lorry arriving which looked like it was delivering more of the same.
In one of the photos (looing at phase 3) you can see the smart garbage bins which you will have to put your rubbish in. These are separated for glass, plastic paper etc. None of the unsightly wheely bins you see everywhere else.
Davmuster,
thanks for the tip on the aerial shots, I have seen these before. A good reminder for others though.

I wouldn't be supprised if the Penthouse apartment with fitted AirCon is the one that Perla has bought, who else has access to their apartment?

The linked worked OK for me. Interesting views. In some ways the site looks better than close up what with all the chicken wire fences and uneven turf. Where are the lush palm / tropical trees of the brochure? In the same place as Phase 1 is for the Phase 2 brochure? We have certainly learned not to buy off plan again! But I suppose we shouldn't moan because at least the development has been completed and not abandoned like some of the horror stories we all hear.

In the brochure I also see sun loungers and parasol es I wonder when they are arriving, if you are out walking Max don't forget to let us know when they arrive.(joke)
How long will it take to build a new road. I cant see it being that fast surely they would have to apply for planning to lay a new road.

Hi All,
I spoke to Perla re palm trees & plants etc.. She said that we are only getting turf and the community will have to sort out the gardens with pants. This is another example of Don Juan doing everthing on the cheap!

Apologies to all, I was trying to upload some Google images today and got an error message each time leading me to think I had not been successful...then to my horror I discovered that the same images were uploaded 3 times,
So once again sorry if I have confused people
Regards
By the way, can anyone tell me how the exit from the motorway to Don Juan is numbered and signposted in order to identify it if I were coming , say, from either Malaga or Marbella sides? This message was last edited by gericom99 on 7/22/2007.

Hi Irene,
I have posted 2 plans to shared photos 1, The Semisantano Level (Garden apartments) and 2, The Planta Baja level (next level up with the sticking out balcony).
If you are on the planta baja level whether you have a C or D apartment you will still have a 2 bed with the sticking out balcony. Hope this helps.
Regards, Andy
