My letter from Masa dated 14th March 2007 stating that Masa met with Management of Huma on 2nd March and were provided with official document issued by Town hall on 23rd Feb 2007 (I have a copy but obviously written in spanish)
From meetings all parties believe its important for all parties involved to find a quick solution with regards to recommencing the works on site.
Townhall has called for a meeting mid march with the order being the definate provisional agreement for the ubanisation plan.
After the meeting the entire file will be forwarded to public works dept with 5months max to issue approval, in a meeting in nov the OOPP dept gave firm declaration that its not their intention to wait 5mths, when they receive the stuff they will cal the extraordinary meeting in order to confirm the definate approval of the plans.
THE CONSTRUCTOR ESTIMATES THEY WILL HAVE THE NECESSARY DOCS REQUIRED FOR THE RECOMMENCING THE WORKS JUNE 2007, THEY HAVE RECEIVED REASSURANCE FROM THE CONSTRUCTOR THAT ONCE THEY RECEIVE THE PERMISSION TO RESTART TO WORK THEY WILL ACCELERATE THE PLANNED CONSTRUCTION TO THE SITE.
We will be next updated between end of April 2007 and beginning of May 2007.
This is the first positive letter we have had from Masa for ages, am looking forward to the start of the building, hopefully fingers crossed June 2007. (ours should have been completed for May 2007)
Lets me positive, we can see the light at the end of the very, very, very long tunnel.
Best Wishes
Gayle
