Hi Jason I'm in the same boat. Nothing has come out of my account in a long time.ive tried ringing and emailing but got nothing back. They just say they don't speak English and don't understand.i will forward the number I have for them later. But if anyone knows how I can pay what's due that would be great. Darren

Did you get your billing issues sorted? I pay quarterly, and was due a debit last month, April. I usually pay on the18th. No money was debited, even though Socamex is on my bank's list of direct debits. Clearly a Socamex problem and not the bank. If I remember correctly this has happened before, and was sorted by an out of sync debit.

We have just checked our account and they have taken a payment twice for our three bed rather than one for our three bed and one for our two bed. They seem hard to get hold of over the phone, does anyone know if they still operate from the same office in Alhama town when they were named Urbaser?

My water bill 9 Euro more expensive than previous and we were in UK for a month!! There is no logic to their bills!!
