does anyone know when the next water bill is due?

i have attempted to contact them via e-mail in english and spanish with no reply

i dont think they have a customer service policy!!!

Hi, it's due mid to end of October. It was about 3 weeks early in July, I assume because of the August holidays. Electricity is also due end of October and ML fees beginning of October!!
