White goods stolen in some apartments

My wife told she was told that white goods had been stolen from a number of apartments in DV.

Does anybody know any thing and were they unsold apartments?

They were apartments owned by the banks. And lots of people had keys. Locks have now been changed.

It doesn't surprise me that bank owned apartments have had this problem. The ground floor apt next to us is sold now but was empty for years. We were able to see that the patio doors were left slightly ajar for years and allowing anyone to get inside and help themselves.
