Documentation and key

I have just come back from Polaris World having picked up several envelopes containg the following for owners.  Some of the owners purchased 2 years ago.

Boletin de agua, de luz, de climatizacion, telecomuniciones, castastro and licencia 1st ocupacion.  Plus the 5th key which was held back for snagging.  These documents are imprortant so if you do not have these (Maria confirmed it is unusual for lawyers to request these as the water and electric are only available once connected) then next time you are over please go into the office and collect.  If you sell the property you will need to produce these.  I have asked Resortalia to put something in the weekly bulletin but to no avail.  This only applies if purchased from Polaris.  Those who are purchasing from the bank your lawyer should request these from the bank and arrange the Boletin de agua and luz (water and electric certificates once connected).  Any question please ask.  Carol & Roy

People we key hold for, so had written authority to collect on their behalf.  This was posted as we discovered speaking to various people in our community it was clear in some cases that they were not aware Polaris held documentation and even keys. 

I must have been lucky, my solicitor handed me a pack with all these plus the 5th key

Hi Carol & Roy,  Bob & I have just spent 3 wonderful weeks on Terrazas and noticed your news regarding the 5 th key and other important documentation.  We went 3 times to Polaris, phoning twice and emailing Maria Ros but to no avail. Did you go into Polaris HQ yourselves or did you get your solicitor to get these on your behalf.  Maria gave us her email when we called in on our way to the airport coming home on Tuesday.  When we got home we emailed her only to have a Postmaster Notification saying does not exist.  Any help getting hold of our 5th key and documents would be appreciated.

I went in with a long list and told Maria I would be back after a few days and she had most of them ready for me!!!  Theres a couple she is trying to track down and our friends had the same problem as you with no joy, so I have to go back and get theirs plus the missing ones.  If you send me a private email with your email address I will send you a form you can sign and email back.  I will try to get yours when I go back in.
