Hi I wonder if someone could help us. We are in the process of buying an apartment in Block 44 Phase 1 via La Vida Spain and our lawyers have told us that the electric and water supplies aren't connected - has anyone else had to arrange this recently and do you have any advise and details of how long it takes.

Hi Jody,

Your lawyers should arrange for the connections for you. Cost about €200 each if I remember correctly, and take 2-3 weeks after completion.
