Just in case anyone is interested, we have just received the valuation report on our penthouse apartment and it has been valued at 183,000 euros.

Hi Lidy,ref your valuation,is that good to what you paid for it,just out of interest.We are buying a quad house on the site,has anyone got a current estimate of valuation for a quad,again just out of interest,
